On September. 20, 2019, High Caliber Karting officially opened its doors to the public.

Located in Meridian Mall, it is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. both Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. There are many different activities that people can choose from if they decide not to race, all open at this time.
As you enter what was previously the Younkers space, you are greeted with the sound of screeching tires and the loud rev of go kart engines. This indoor entertainment space is home to one of the largest arcades in Meridian Township, axe throwing, pocket soccer, two full motion virtual reality equipped racing simulators, and two high-speed go-kart tracks.
High Caliber Karting offers a wide variety of race packages. The cost for a single race is $23 per person. For two races it is $42 and for three races $57. A 10-race package is also available for $150; an average cost per race of $15.
To race you must be at least 54 inches tall and 8 years old. However, there are plenty of other suitable activities for kids if they are not eligible to race.
In addition to racing, customers will find a full menu at the Bar & Bistro. They offer sandwiches, salads, wings, pizza and gluten free options. And for the adults there is also a full-service bar.
The go kart racing track stretches ⅓ of a mile, I checked out High Caliber on Saturday February 15th, one thing that stood out to me was how friendly the staff is and the fun atmosphere of the space, I would recommend trying it out, there is something for everyone!
